Ridgley Property Maintenance, now RPM Services.
RPM stands for Ridgley Property Maintenance. Thad Ridgley has been in the trade since 2017, taking care of the parts of a commercial property people see first: the parking lot, the walkways and the building exterior.
Today RPM handles parking lot striping, lot maintenance and repair, dirt work and pressure washing for commercial properties around Hammond, the Northshore, greater New Orleans and Baton Rouge.
Thad stays close to the work. The person who scopes your job is the person you talk to until it’s finished.
