RPM Svcs, LLC, doing business as RPM Services (“RPM Services,” “we,” “us” or “our”), provides commercial property maintenance in and around Hammond, Louisiana. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect through rpmsvcs.com, our forms and our related communications, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you request a quote, send us a message or contact us, we collect what you choose to provide, which may include:
- Your name, company, email address and phone number
- The property town or address and details about the work
- The services you are interested in and your preferred timing
- Photos you upload of the property
- Your text messaging preferences (see “SMS and Text Messaging” below)
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting servers record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use it to keep the site secure and working. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are viewed and when a quote form is sent or a phone number is tapped. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects usage and device information. We do not use it for advertising. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your request, prepare a quote and schedule and carry out work
- To contact you by phone, email or, if you agree, text message about your request or job
- To keep records of quotes, jobs and customer communications

We do not sell your personal information.
SMS and Text Messaging
If you give us your mobile number and check an SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from RPM Svcs, LLC. Our full quote and contact forms have two separate boxes: one for messages about your quote request and scheduled work, and one for occasional promotional messages. You can choose either, both or neither. The short quote form at the top of our home and service pages offers the service messages box only. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can request a quote or hire us without agreeing to texts.
What we send
Service messages may include replies to your quote request, follow-up questions, scheduling and appointment reminders, and job updates. Promotional messages, if you opt in, may include seasonal service reminders and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or call (985) 318-7085. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who sees your mobile number
Your mobile number and messaging consent are used only by us and the service providers that deliver our messages. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:
- Our website form system (WS Form), which stores form submissions and uploaded photos on our website
- Our customer relationship management and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), which we use to manage requests and send emails and text messages
- Our website hosting provider
- Google Analytics, which measures how the website is used
- Professional advisers, or authorities where the law requires it
Data Retention
We keep inquiry and job records for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide our services and keep reasonable business records, and then delete or de-identify them.
Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices

Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
