Parking lot maintenance and repair.

Sealcoating, crack sealing, patching, concrete repair, bollards and wheel stops. Keep the lot safe and looking cared for.

How can we help?

Overview

What lot maintenance covers.

Small problems in a lot get bigger with traffic and weather. Sealing cracks, patching failures and fixing concrete early keeps the surface usable and ready for fresh lines.

Site tipSend photos of the worst cracks, any potholes and areas where water sits after rain. It helps us scope the repair before we visit.

Our process

How the work runs.

Check the surface

Photos or a visit to see cracks, failed areas, concrete and drainage.

Plan the repair

Agree the scope, the order of work and which areas close when.

Repair in phases

Work section by section so the lot stays open where it can.

Walk it with you

Review the finished work together, then restripe if it’s part of the job.

Planning

What shapes a repair plan.

Every lot is quoted after we see it. The main factors are the condition of the surface, how much of it needs work, how water drains, how busy the lot is and if restriping follows.

Sealcoating and restriping are often planned together, so the new lines go down on a fresh surface once it has cured.

Can the lot stay open during repairs?

Usually, in part. We phase the work and plan the order with you so entrances and key areas stay usable.

How do you price a repair?

After we review the site. Size, condition and access all change the job, so we quote each lot on its own.

Should we sealcoat before restriping?

If the lot needs both, yes. The lines are painted once the sealcoat has cured, so they last on the new surface.

Do you install bollards and wheel stops?

Yes. We can add them as part of a repair or restripe, or as a job on their own.

Fix the lot without shutting it down.

Repairs are planned in sections around your traffic and tenants.
